Originally from Las Vegas, NV - Tracy was interested in movement at a very young age. Her desire to move attracted her to dance. She received her B.A. in dance from the University of Colorado, Boulder where she also studied English Literature. Upon completion she moved to Boston where she danced with several local modern companies and choreographers, performing throughout New England and New York. She also formed her own company and created dances performed in venues throughout the area.
Tracy is certified in Pilates through Power Pilates. Tracy is certified to teach Gyrotonic level 1 and has taken Paul Horvath's course on Therapeutic Applications of Gyrotonic: the pelvic girdle. She was very lucky to study and work with Pilates and Gyrotonic master trainer Kathy Van Patten at Boston Bodyworks Studios. She has also studied with Pilates master trainers Nora Gomez-Dears, Bob Liekens, Susan Moran and Dana Einstein and Gyrotonic master trainers Paul Horvath, Juergen Bamberger, Leda Franklin, Elizabeth Holland and Leslie Schickel. She continues her education through classes and workshops and keeps up her own practice regularly.
Tracy has been inspired by her clients and their ability to heal and transform through movement. Their progress is quite an accomplishment! She has worked with a range of clients including those recovering from injury and women who are pregnant and post-partum.
Tracy is happy to be back out west with her husband Nathan, a very talented chef. Aside from dance, pilates, gyrotonic and gyrokinesis, Tracy enjoys reading, yoga, cycling, skiing and of course fine dining!

In addition, she is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Utah. She received her Pilates training through the Body Balance University and Nation Exercise and Sports Training Association.
Julie Marie Goin - Pilates teacher

Julie comes to Utah after years of traveling and teaching around the country. A native of upstate New York, Julie holds both a BFA in Dance Performance/Choreography and an MA in Dance Education from SUNY Brockport, and is a classically trained Pilates Instructor.
Following graduate school, Julie moved to Martha’s Vineyard, MA to help create She-figured…dance. Julie danced professionally and traveled with She-figured…dance for 5 years. While living on Martha’s Vineyard, Julie began training to become a certified Pilates instructor. Julie received her comprehensive teacher training from Stefan Knight, a graduate of The Pilates Center of Boulder, CO, and certified Rolfer. While Julie struggled to continue dancing with ankle and rotator cuff injuries, she found that Pilates was the only to strengthen and support those areas while avoiding pain and further injury.
She has been a certified member of the Pilates Method Alliance since 2005, and continues to further her education through workshops and seminars across the country each year. She has worked with a vast demographic of people, and is always up for a challenge.

Davida was introduced to the Gyrotonic method in the 1990's under the instruction of creator and founder Julio Horvath at the White Cloud Studio in New York City. As she pursued her dance career in New York and Europe she has remained active in Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis as a student and teacher learning from Julio the method and the philosophy behind the movement. She has lived in Park City Utah for 6 years and as an experienced dancer, dance teacher, and cheorographer she is very excited to be a part of this community and to continue the instruction of Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis.
