Pilates and Gyrotonic teacher
Originally from Las Vegas, NV - Tracy was interested in movement at a very young age. She received her B.A. in dance from the University of Colorado, Boulder where she also studied English Literature. Upon completion she moved to Boston where she continued to dance and become certified in Pilates and Gyrotonic. In 2008 she moved to Park City and opened the doors to Range.
Tracy has been inspired by her clients and their ability to heal and transform through movement.
She looks at the body not just on a physical level but also energetically and emotionally. She is also proud to offer Life Coaching services and is exploring creating new movement experiences for the community. When not teaching she enjoys time with her two daughters and numerous ways of exploring this amazing thing we call life.
Raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Cara attended Milwaukee High School of the Arts where she studied dance.
It was dance that brought her to Salt Lake City to attend the University of Utah where
she received a BFA in Modern Dance. She certified as a Pilates instructor at the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado.
Recently, a collection of art works by Cara were exhibited at the Rio Gallery in Salt Lake City.
Cara is an oenophile and enjoys traveling, hiking and sewing.

Maggie started her yoga journey nearly 15 years ago which led to her first yoga certification. Moving to Utah in 2004, she found herself teaching yoga to kids, climbing, hiking, and enjoying all things outdoors. Two years later, Maggie found herself in Park City and dove into the world of teaching adults. A few years later she received a Pilates mat certification. Seeking more knowledge, she went through a 300 hr Anusara based training with Adam Ballenger in SLC, a sound healing intensive in San Francisco, became a Reiki Master, and most recently finished her 450hr Pilates certification at Streamline in Salt Lake City.
Maggie enjoys sharing time hiking, camping, paddleboarding, and seeing music all over the country with family and friends.
Originally from the UK, Sophie discovered Pilates whilst living in New Zealand. The Pilates method completely cured her lower back pain and this motivated her to become an instructor when she moved to Utah.
Sophie completed her Pilates training at Streamline Bodyworks in Salt Lake City. She also holds a BA in French Film & Education and a Post Graduate Degree in Education.
When not in the studio, Sophie enjoys skiing, Kundalini yoga and walking her Italian greyhound Monty.
