Pilates & GYROTONIC®

Range is a fitness studio specializing in Pilates and GYROTONIC® methods of exercise and is located in beautiful Park City, Utah.  We customize each session to help you reach your fitness goals and achieve optimal health.  Increase your range of motion, strength and flexibility during a fun and safe workout. 

Your session is adapted to address your specific needs.  Whether you desire to "feel the burn", increase your flexibility, or rehabilitate after an injury we can meet your needs with a personalized workout designed by your trainer.

Eco-Friendly Studio

Range uses towels made from bamboo and organic cotton. Bamboo is one of the world's fastest growing plants making it nature's most sustainable resource. It is grown without pesticides or chemicals and is 100% biodegradeable.  Bamboo fiber also contains an agent, 'bamboo kunh' that is naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial. 

We wipe down the equipment following each session with a tea tree oil solution

Range also provides recycle bins for the plastic water bottles and newspapers you bring to your session.
